摘要
突触后致密蛋白95(PSD-95)是兴奋性突触中含量最丰富、最主要的一种突触脚手架蛋白,是突触功能的标志性蛋白.蛋白质的棕榈酰化是重要的蛋白翻译后修饰方式之一,在神经系统的发生率高于其他脏器组织,PSD-95依赖蛋白质棕榈酰化修饰并且其棕榈酰化已成为神经可塑性及神经精神疾病的研究热点.
Postsynaptic density protein 95(PSD-95),the most abundant and significant synapse scaffolding protein at excitatory synapses,is a hallmark of synaptic function.Proteins palmitoylation is one of the important post-translational modifications,which is occurred more frequently in the nervous system than in other organs.Palmitoylation-dependent regulation of PSD-95has become a research hotspot in the fields of neuroplasticity and neuropsychiatrie diseases.
