如何才能使标准真正地"化"起来,为标准化活动的有效开展提供一个公允的评价标准,是标准化工作亟待解决的一个基础性、现实性问题。笔者从标准化要有一个完整的过程并形成闭环、标准化要有一套完整的体系并使标准之间互为支撑、标准化活动要与合格评定活动深度融合衔接配套三个维度来回答标准如何真正"化"起来,以理清对标准"化"起来的误解。
