浅谈图样和技术文件的标准化程度衡量及结果分析

A Brief Discussion on Standardization Degree Measurement and Result Analysis of Drawing and Technical Documents

目前,各企业对图样和技术文件的标准化程度衡量未统一甚至未进行衡量,造成图样和技术文件标准化审查后结果不便于对比和分析。研究图样和技术文件的标准化程度衡量及对其结果进行分析,有助于找到合适的方式提高图样和技术文件的标准化程度。根据某企业多年的标准化审查工作经验总结出:图样和技术文件标准化程度的衡量可用图样或技术文件的标准化率表示;运用分层法、排列图等对标准化审查结果进行分析,得出需重点解决的不符合项类型,结果分析还用到不符合项类型个数、不符合项类型总数及不符合项类型个数百分比等相关定义。为图样和技术文件标准化审查工作的推进及标准化审查人员的工作提供参考和指导作用。

At present,enterprises have not unified or evenmeasured the stand.ardization degree of drawing and technical documents,which makes it difficult to compare and analyze the results after the standardization examination of drawing and technical documents.It is helpful to find an appropriate way to improve the standardization degree of drawing and technical documents by measuring the standardization degree of drawing and technical documents and analyzing the results.Based on years of experience in standardization inspection of an enterprise,this paper summarizes that the standardization rate of drawings or technical documents can be expressed to standardization degree;Layered method and Pareto diagram are used to analyze the results of standardized review,get the non-conformance item type that needs to be solved emphatically.The result analysis also uses relevant definitions,such as the number of non-conformance item types,the total number of non-conformance item types and the percentage of non-conformance item types.It provides reference and guidance for the promotion of the standardization inspection of drawing and technical documents and the work of the standardization inspectors.
