摘要
建设"双师型"教师队伍是应用型高校师资管理的重要内容。论文以"双师型"内涵的国际经验和国内典型为基础,厘清校企合作和产教融合不同背景下"双师型"师资队伍建设的异同,提出利益共同体是产教融合的关键,以及"双师型"教师如何服务于产教融合的分析框架。基于浙江省应用型高校教师的135份问卷,论文分别从法律法规、利益共同体、认定标准、来源渠道和激励评价等方面剖析"双师型"建设存在的问题并提出对策建议。
Building a "double-type" teacher team is an important part of the application-oriented college teacher management.Based on the international experience and domestic typical of the "doubletype" connotation,the thesis clarifies the similarities and differences between the "double-skilled" faculty construction under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education,and proposes that the interest community is the key to the integration of production and education,and How do "double-type" teachers serve the analytical framework for the integration of production and education.Based on 135 questionnaires from Zhejiang applied university teachers,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "double-type" from the aspects of laws and regulations,interest communities,identification standards,source channels and proposes countermeasures.
