领导干部群体对我国合理消费风尚形成的作用和路径探析

合理消费风尚本质上属于意识形态,合理消费风尚体现的是与国家所倡导的文化发展相一致的状况以及消费的"示范性"特征,共同决定了合理消费风尚的形成有赖于示范群体的引领。而领导干部群体消费行为具有与其他消费群体不同的特点,即消费行为依职性、消费目的公共性和消费结果的示范性等,这些特点决定了该群体在我国合理消费风尚形成中具有倡导性和示范性作用。落实并保障领导干部群体对我国合理消费风尚的引领作用最重要的是解决操作性问题,其有效路径主要体现在以建设社会主义生态文明为导向、以加强党风建设为抓手和以深化改革为重点三个方面。

Reasonable consumption style is essentially ideology.Reasonable consumption style reflects the status of cultural development advocated by the state and the "exemplary"characteristics of consumption.Together,it determines that the formation of reasonable consumption style depends on the guidance of the model group.The consumption behavior of leading cadres has different characteristics from other consumer groups,namely,the disposition of consumption behavior,the publicity of consumption purposes and the demonstration of consumption results.These characteristics determine the group's advocacy in the formation of reasonable consumption trends in China.The most important thing to implement and guarantee the leading role of leading cadres to China's rational consumption trend is to solve operational problems.The effective path is mainly reflected in the construction of socialist ecological civilization,the strengthening of party style construction as the starting point and deepening reform.Focus on three aspects.
