摘要
Al^3+替代B位Nb5+对α-BZN电介质材料烧结特性、相结构和介电性能的影响。研究表明:当Al^3+掺杂量x≤0.2时,样品的相结构与基体结构一致;在1 MHz下,介电常数随x的增加而逐渐增大,介电损耗随x的增加略减小后增大;在-195~150℃,其介电常数存在明显的介电弛豫现象,在1 MHZ下的峰值温度依次为:-98.8℃、-101.4℃、-99.6℃、-93℃。
The Sintering properties, structure and dielectric properties of substituting Al3+ for Nb5+ about Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 based ceramics were investigated. The results revealed that Bi1.5ZnNb1.5-xAlxO7 ceramics exhibited a single pyrochlore phase when Al^3+ substitution x ≤ 0.2 mol; The dielectric constant increase gradually, dielectric loss slightly reduce and then increase with the change of Al3+ additives at 1 MHz. The relaxation behavior is obviously observed for BZNA ceramics at-195 ~ 150 ℃. The peak temperature of Al-doped samples are-98.8 ℃、-101.4 ℃、-99.6 ℃、-93 ℃, respectively.
