摘要
随着电力市场改革的推进及市场机制的完善,未来微电网将加入到配电侧市场成为交易主体。考虑到传统出清模式和低碳排放强度优先的出清模式的不足,基于多代理技术的配电侧市场架构设计了市场出清机制,并以折算后的购电成本最小化为目标,构建新型低碳出清模型。运用排队法对算例进行求解,通过对比分析传统出清模式与低碳排放强度优先出清模式,验证了新型低碳出清模型的有效性。算例结果表明,所提出的新型低碳出清模式能够同时兼顾经济性和低碳性的目标,有利于实现资源的优化配置。
With the promotion of electricity market reform and improvement of market mechanism,microgrid will involve in electricity distribution market in the future.Considering the shortcomings of the traditional clearing model and low-carbon emission-priority clearing model,a clearing mechanism based multi-agent system was designed under distribution market structure.To minimize the conversion cost of electricity purchase,a new low-carbon clearing model was established.The merit-order method was used to solve an example.Compared with the traditional clearing model and lowcarbon emission-priority clearing model,the effectiveness of the new low-carbon clearing model was verified.Numerical results show that the new low-carbon clearing model can realize the goal of economy and low carbon simultaneously,and is beneficial for the optimal allocation of resources.
