汽车上饰板浇注系统CAE辅助优化分析

摘要 基于CAE技术对汽车左右位置的饰板进行了仿真分析,分析了饰板在同模注塑时的注塑差异。在饰板注塑时,对由产品形状差别引起的翘曲变形,通过A、B、C、D 4种方案逐步优化浇注系统,获得了产品的注塑成型最优工艺方案。方案A采用四点浇口进行浇注,存在的问题是产品的上端翘曲变形特别大,导致成型后的产品尺寸超标;方案B在方案A基础上增加浇口,但难以改善方案A产生的缺陷;方案C则采用调整浇口位置,使整体翘曲变形更大;方案D不改变浇口位置,通过添加浇口并采用统一的冷流道潜伏式浇口,解决了产品翘曲变形大的问题,其它诸如气孔、熔接线等缺陷问题也得到了解决。借助CAE仿真分析,有效地缩小了不同产品同模注塑时的注塑差异,提高了模具使用效率。 The simulation and analysis of car^left and right position panel were based on CAE Technology,the difference in the injection molding of the veneer in the same mold injection was analyzed.When the veneer was injected,the warping deformation was caused by the difference in the shape of the product.Gating system was gradually optimized through four schemes,A,B,C and D.The optimal injection molding process of the product was obtained.Scheme A was poured with four point gate,the main problem was that the warpage at the top of the product was especially large.The size of the product after the molding would exceed the standard.Scheme B added gate on the basis of program A,but it was difficult to improve the defects produced by the scheme A.In scheme C,the position of the gate was adjusted,and the result was that the whole warpage deformation was bigger.The scheme D did not change the gate position.By adding the gate and adopting the unified cold channel latent gate,the problem of the warpage and deformation of the product was solved.The other defects,such as air blowholes and fuse wiring,were also approaching zero.With the help of CAE simulation analysis,the difference of injection molding in the injection molding of different products was effectively reduced,and the use efficiency of the mold was improved.
