摘要
剪切型异向旋转双转子密炼机广泛应用于高聚物的混合加工过程中。从动力学角度出发,采用拉格朗日拟序结构(LCS)和有限时间李雅普诺夫指数(FTLE),分析了转子不同初始相位角对密炼机可视化流形几何结构动力学特性的影响,得出了异向旋转双转子密炼机内流体输运机理。同时,结合粒子追踪技术,研究了非定常流场下LCS对粒子分布规律的影响。结果表明,不同初始相位角影响了异向旋转双转子密炼机流场LCS的结构稳定性,改变了流域内物质输运特性,流体粒子的运动规律证明了LCS作为流域内的准边界特性。
The counter-rotating two rotors internal mixer was widely used in machining process of high molecular polymer. The influence of different relative phase angle of the two rotor on the dynamic characteristics of the visual manifold of the mixer was analyzed by using the Lagrange coherence structure (LCS)and the finite time Lyapunov exponent (FTLE),obtaining mechanism of mixing in counter-rotating two rotors internal mixer from dynamical view.The influence of LCS on the particle distribution was analyzed by the particle tracking method.The results indicated that the stability of LCS impacted on the different relative phase angle,and the character of transportation was also changed.Motions of particles confirmed the nature of quasi-boundary of LCS in flow.
