抗静电剂对LDPE发泡体系结晶行为的影响

摘要 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了不同配比的抗静电剂对低密度聚乙烯共混发泡体系等温结晶行为和非等温结晶行为的影响。通过Jeziorny法、莫志深法研究了发泡体系的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明:随着抗静电剂添加量的增加,体系的起始结晶温度逐渐升高,最高提升至13.46℃,而体系的终止结晶温度和结晶峰温基本保持不变,且未改变体系的结晶度。在非等温结晶动力学分析中,Jeziorny法lg{-ln[1-X(t)]}$lgt关系曲线在结晶过程中具有较好的线性关系,而结晶后期产生较大的偏差;莫志深法lnФ$lnt关系曲线具有较好的线性关系,适用于该体系的研究,表明抗静电剂的加入对体系在单位时间内达到某一个相对结晶度的难易程度影响较小。 The isothermal crystallization and non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the antistatic agent of the low density polyethylene were studied by means of DSC.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of foaming system was studied by Jeziorny and mozhishen method.The results showed that the addition of antistatic agent and with the increase of its content, the initial crystallization temperature of the system increased gradually and mostly increased to 13.46℃ ,and the temperature of the end crystallization temperature and the crystallization peak of the system basically remained unchanged,but the crystallinity of the system did not change.In nonisothermal crystallization kinetics,the curves of lg{-In[1-X(t)]}~lgt by Jeziorny method crystallization had a good linear relationship in the early and middle stage;the curves of lnφ-lnt by Mo method,which was suitable for the system research,crystallization had a good linear relationship,which showed that the addition of antistatic agent had little influence on the degree of difficulty of the system to achieve a relative crystallinity in the unit time.
