摘要
为研究一种EPS板-玄武岩纤维中空织物复合保温板的力学性能,设计了含附着层保温板的粘结强度,含附着层和多层夹芯复合保温板的抗压强度以及抗折强度试验。结果表明:当含附着层保温板的环氧树脂WSR6101/固化剂T31/无水乙醇构成的粘结剂配合比为6∶2∶1时,其保温板的粘结强度较佳,在实际工程应用中可以防止保温板内层脱落;与相同厚度的EPS板相比,含附着层和多层夹芯复合保温板的抗压强度分别增加了7%和5.3%,符合相关的规定,且含附着层保温板的抗压强度优于多层夹芯复合保温板的抗压强度;在满足基本工艺要求的情况下,复合保温板的抗折强度较为优异。
To study the mechanical properties of EPS-basalt fiber hollow fa.bric insulation board,the bonding strength of the insulation board with adhesive layer,the compressive strength test of the composite insulation board with adhesive layer and multi-layer sandwich,and the flexural strength test were designed.The results showed that the binder ratio of the epoxy resin WSR6101/curing agent T31/anhydrous ethanol with adhesive layer insulation board was 6:2:1,the bond insulation board strength attached maximum value.At this moment,it could prevent insulation boards off in practical engineering applications. Compared with the EPS plate of the same thickness,the compressive strength of insulation board with adhesive layer and multilayer sandwich composite insulation board increased by 7%and 5.3%respectively,which conformed to the relevant regulations.The compressive strength of the insulation plate with adhesive layer was superior to the compressive strength of multi-layer sandwich composite insulation board.In the case of-meeting the basic process requirements,the multi-layer sandwich composite insulation board had excellent flexural strength.
