组织支持感、工作满意度与离职意愿:工作家庭冲突的中介机制 被引量:1

摘要 澳门女性庄荷比例已经超过男性庄荷,使得工作家庭平衡问题更加突出。本文以澳门女性博彩庄荷为研究对象,探讨组织支持感、工作家庭冲突、工作满意度及离职意愿间的相互关系。通过413份问卷,调查澳门6家博彩企业全职娱乐场女性庄荷,经分析得出结论如下:对于澳门女性博彩庄荷,工作家庭冲突部分中介于组织支持感与工作满意度,并且工作家庭冲突对组织支持感与离职意愿存在完全的中介效果。最后,本文讨论了对澳门博彩业管理实践的启示,以及未来的研究方向。 The isuuse of work-family balance are consildered a dispute for Macao gambling induastry as the quantity of famele table game dealers has supassed the famle table game dealers.This paper targets at understanding the relationships among the perceived organizational support,work-family conflict,job satisfaction,as well as leaving intention of female table game dealers in Macao where 445questionnaire survey was employed from 6casinos,we concluded as followings: The work-family conflict partlly mediates the effects of the relationship between the perceived organizational support and the job satisfaction.The work-family conflict wholly madiates the effects of the relationship be- tween the perceived organizational support and the leaving intention for Macao famle table game dealers. Finally,some applications ware proposed to Macao gambling industry,which will be a reference for future research in the managemental practise.
