改革开放以来我国经济实现连续多年高速增长,但从2010年第三季度起经济增长持续下滑。目前,我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,这是一次历史性大转折。实现经济高质量发展是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要保障,这一保障又是建立在经济稳增长的基础上。没有稳增长就没有高质量发展,实现高质量发展就要进行混合经济结构优化。混合经济结构优化不仅要解决宏观经济所有制结构的合理比例问题,更要解决微观企业主体内部不同经济成分的合理比例问题。

China’s economy has achieved rapid growth for several years since the reform and opening-up,but the economic growth has continued to decline from the third quarter of 2010.At present,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,which is a historic transition.Achieving high-quality economic development is an important guarantee to meet the ever-growing needs of people aspiring after a better life,and this guarantee is based on steady economic growth.Without stable growth,there will be no high-quality development.To achieve high-quality development,we need to optimize the mixed economic structure.The optimization of mixed economic structure should not only solve the problem of reasonable proportion of macro-economic ownership structure,but also solve the problem of reasonable proportion of different economic components in micro-enterprise subject.
