摘要恶性横纹肌样瘤(malignant rhabdoid tumor,MRT)是一种发生于婴幼儿和儿童的高度恶性肿瘤,细胞遗传学检查结果显示MRT患者22号染色体上的IN11/SMARB1基因丢失或突变。肾恶性横纹肌样瘤(malignant rhabdoid tumor of the kidney,MRTK)少见,约占儿童肾肿瘤的2%。
