全媒体出版趋势下,知识传播和利用方式发生重要变化,第三代图书馆须在大数据、云计算、"互联网+"及人工智能等相关技术的支撑下,为用户提供融合情景信息的个性化泛在服务,涵盖泛在信息服务、泛在知识服务和泛在智慧服务3个方面。第三代图书馆可从知识供应链角度加强与出版机构在资源建设与用户服务上的协同与合作,通过资源与资源、资源与用户、用户与用户,以及知识供应链上相关机构之间的广泛互联,融合资源、空间和用户3种核心要素,在信息共享空间和知识服务空间的基础上,构建从虚拟空间到实体空间无缝对接的智慧服务环境,进而建立以图书馆为中心的面向用户的泛在智慧服务体系。

Under the trend of omnimedia publishing,important changes have taken place in the way of knowledge dissemination and utilization.Supported by related technologies such as big data,cloud computing,"internet+"and artificial intelligence,the third generation library should provide personalized ubiquitous information service for users which integrate scenario information,including ubiquitous information service,knowledge service and wisdom service.From the perspective of knowledge supply chain,the third generation library can strengthen collaboration with publishers on resource construction and user services,through the extensive interconnection among resources,users and related organizations in the knowledge supply chain. The three core elements of resources, space and users will be integrated,the smart service environment will be built which seamlessly connects from virtual space to physical space,based on information sharing space and knowledge service space.And then the user-oriented ubiquitous wisdom service system will be established with libraries as centers.
