智库与图书馆发展息息相关,馆员跻身于智库建设不仅是自身专业发展的需要,也是新时代图书馆业务拓展的新态势。通过分析智库人才素养的内涵,总结出智库馆员素养能力不同的维度划分,搭建智库馆员素养能力的层次模型,指出智库馆员素养能力的发展路径,包括加强图书馆智库人才管理的顶层设计;构建促进智库馆员素养能力发展的外部生态;推动智库馆员素养能力的提升,进而提高图书馆智库建设与服务能力。

Think tanks are closely related to the development of libraries,librarians' participation in the construction of think tanks is not only the need of their own professional development,but also the new trend of library business development in the new era.The article analyzes the connotation of the talent quality of the think tank,abstracts the core elements of think tank librarians' intellectual capacity,and establishes a hierarchical model of tbc talent quality of the think tank librarians,and points out that the development path of the talent quality of the think tank librarians includes strengthening the top-level design of the talent management of the library think tank,the construction of external ecology to promote the development of think tank librariang literacy and ability;promoting the improvement of think tank librarians' literacy and ability to improve library think tank construction and service capacity.
