摘要
通过分析影响高炉长寿的主要因素,认为设计因素是高炉能否实现长寿的根本和基础,提高高炉的设计水平是实现高炉长寿的根本所在。重点从优化炉型、耐材结构、冷却系统设计,以及自动检测与控制体系等方面,就如何实现高炉长寿进行了阐述。建议:①随着高炉大型化发展,高径比、炉身角和炉腹角都有减小的趋势,死铁层深度建议达到炉缸直径的22%~25%;②炉缸、炉底耐材配置采用优质炭砖加陶瓷杯的组合结构形式。
By analyzing the main factors affecting long campaign of BF,it is recognized that the design is essential for achieving long campaign,that is to say,realization of furnace long campaign relies on improvement of BF design level.The paper focuses on the measures taken to achieve blast furnace long campaign,such as optimization of furnace profile,refractory material structure and cooling system design as well as automatic measurement and control system.Along with development of large-sized BF,the ratio of furnace height and diameter,and the angle of the furnace stack and bosh are decreased in the design,thus,it is recommended to keep the depth of salamander at 22%~25% of the hearth diameter,and use the com- bined refractory structure of high-quality carbon bricks + ceramic cups for the furnace hearth and bottom.
