本钢7号高炉炉缸破损调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 本钢7号高炉炉缸2段冷却壁热流强度最高达213MJ/(m^2·h),且7~10段铜冷却壁漏水严重,被迫停炉大修。停炉大修期间进行了破损调查,结果表明:炉缸侵蚀呈"象脚"状;侵蚀最严重的区域为2~5号风口下方,炭砖最小残厚340 mm;热流强度最高区域为26~27号风口下方,热流强度213 MJ/(m^2·h),炭砖最小残余厚度390 mm。 The specific heat flow rate of No.2 section of cooling stave for Benxi Steel's No.7 BF reaches up to 213MJ/(m^2·h),and No.7-10 section of copper cooling stave are damaged,resuhing in seriously leakage,thus the furnace has to be overhauled.Investigation carried out during the overhaul shows that the hearth suffers from "Elephant Foot" like erosion,and the most severely eroded area occurs at the portion below the tuyere No.2-No.5 with the thickness of the residual carbon brick only 340mm min.The highest specific heat flow rate occurs at the area below tuyere No.26 No.27,which is 213MJ/(m^2·h)with the thickness of the residual carbon brick in this area only 390mm min.
