摘要
结合安钢1号高炉第二代炉役精准开炉实践,对影响大型高炉精准开炉的几个问题进行了探讨。认为:开炉料化学成分的准确性,以及堆比重、压缩率等物理参数的合理性是精准开炉计算的基础;开炉料装入位置的精确性,以及开炉重要参数的合理选择是精准开炉的保障;开炉料中含铁原料装入的初始位置,以及加风速度、首次铁累计总风量的控制是精准开炉的重要因素。
Anyang Steel's No.1 BF achieves accurate blowing-on target hitting in its second generation of campaign.The paper,taking this furnace as example,analyzes the factors affecting the accurate blowing-on target hitting in large sized BF. It is believed that:1)the correctness of the chemical composition of the burden,and the rationality of the physical parameters such as the specific gravity and the compression ratio of the burden are the basis for the accurate calculation for blowing-on;2)the accurate burden distribution position,and the reasonable selection of the important parameters are preconditions for accurate blowing-on target hitting;3)the initial position of the iron-beating raw materials charged to the furnace,and the control of the blast velocity and the total accumulated blast volume blown to the furnace for the first tap are the key factors for accurate blowing-on target hitting.
