共建“一带一路”背景下跨境电商物流协作发展研究

Research on the Collaborative Development of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics under the Background of “Belt and Road”

“一带一路”建设推动中国形成了更高层次的全面开放新格局,也为世界经济的稳定和健康发展注入了新动力、提供新动能。本文对目前我国与“一带一路”相关国家之间的跨境电商物流协作发展意义作了阐述,分析了当前面临的主要挑战;研究发现当前跨境物流协作在在控制物流成本、建设物流通道、物流通关效率、运输效率等方面有待提升。为此,提出可通过多元化物流合作方式、推进跨境电商物流海外仓库建设、优化跨境通关政策制度、构建跨境电商物流信息共享平台等建议。

The Belt and Road Initiative has brought about a new pattern of all-round opening up at a higher level. It has also injected new impetus and provided new impetus to the stability and sound development of the world economy. This paper expounds the significance of the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics cooperation between China and the Belt and Road countries, and analyzes the main challenges we face. The study found that the current cross-border logistics collaboration needs to be improved in controlling logistics costs, building logistics channels, logistics customs clearance efficiency, and transportation efficiency. To this end, the paper puts forward suggestions such as the development of overseas warehouses for cross-border logistics through diversified logistics cooperation, the optimization of cross-border customs clearance policies, and the establishment of a platform for sharing information on cross-border logistics.
