中国沿海地区现代服务业技术效率的测算及其影响因素分析

Measurement and Influencing Factors Analysis of Technical Efficiency of Modern Service Industry in Chinese Coastal Areas

文章主要选用随机前沿分析方法,基于我国沿海地区10个省、直辖市2008-2014年的面板数据,测算其现代服务业的技术效率。对比分析发现:中国沿海省、直辖市现代服务业的技术效率呈南高北低;环渤海及长江经济圈出现中心地带高边缘地带低的特点;省间差距趋于收敛的态势;河北、辽宁两省现代服务业的技术效率水平远低于沿海地区平均水平。分析沿海地区现代服务业技术效率的影响因素时发现,市场化水平对服务业的技术效率的影响并不显著,FDI的作用较弱;劳动力素质与城市化水平对沿海地区现代服务业的效率提升作用极为显著。

This paper applies stochastic frontier analysis method and uses the panel data of 10 coastal provinces,municipalities from 2008 to 2014 to calculate the modern service industry technical efficiency.Comparative analysis finds that that the technical efficiency of modern service industry in Chinese coastal provinces and municipalities directly under the central government is high in the south and low in the north;the circum-Bohai Sea and Yangtze River economic circle have the characteristics of high marginal zone and low central zone;the gap between provinces shows a converge trend;the technological efficiency level of modern service industry in Hebei and Liaoning is far lower than the average level in coastal areas.Further analysis on the factors influencing the technical efficiency of modern service industry in coastal areas also shows that the effect of marketization level on the technical efficiency of service industry is not significant,and FDI has a weak effect;the quality of labor force and the level of urbanization play a significant role in improving the efficiency of modern service industry in coastal areas.
