激光刻痕对改善取向硅钢铁损的研究

摘要 激光刻痕是降低取向硅钢铁损的重要手段,对激光刻痕设备的结构及其工作原理进行解析,并对其关键工艺进行探索,以寻找最佳的激光刻痕工艺参数。通过对激光扫描速度、刻痕线间距、激光功率等相关因素进行试验,发现刻痕线间距、激光器功率差对铁损改善率存在显著影响。
