摘要
扁平疣临床治疗的难点在于反复发作,治疗不当易留下色素沉着、疤痕,黄师认为此病的病机是瘀毒蕴肤,基于此病机黄师经过反复临床实践,把自己的验方消疣汤与火针、冷冻、汤药外擦、单方外用等外治法相结合,通过临床观察,疗效切确、副反应少,方案成熟,故介绍于众。
The difficulties of treating verruca plana are recurrent attacking and causing chromatosis. Professor HUANG Ying believes the pathogenesis of verruca plana is blood stasis and toxin hiding in skin. Based on this pathogenesis,Professor HUANG Ying has gotten a good therapeutic effect by using Xiaoyou Decoction and external therapies like fire needle,freezing,liquid washing and fresh herb. Clinical observation has proved that the combined treatment has stable efficacy and less side effect.
