论内风暗旋是乳腺癌转移的重要病机

Theoretical Research on the Relationship Between Endogenous Wind and the Major Pathogenesis of Breast Cancer Metastasis

结合已有乳腺癌侵袭、转移病机的认识,提出内风是一个决定性因素,“内风暗旋”是导致乳腺癌侵袭、转移的关键。其产生与阴阳冲逆、五脏虚损、厥阴风动、痰瘀生风密切相关,故预防乳腺癌转移应注重“内风”因素,侧重从“内风”论治,或和阳育阴、补虚固本以宁风,或缓肝健中、祛痰化瘀以熄风,皆应在辨证论治的基础上伍以风药,以平熄内动之风邪,从而预防及控制乳腺癌的转移。

The close relationship between the major pathogenesis of breast cancer metastasis and the endogenous wind were discussed from four aspects such as Yin and Yang out of kilter,deficiency of internal viscera,Jueyin wind stirring,sputum and blood stasis causing wind syndrome through analyses the relationship of endogenous wind and the pathogenesis of breast cancer metastasis. We advance the internal wind darkly circles is the primary pathogenesis. It is conformation to the clinical rules that using wind-expelling drugs to calm endogenous wind thus preventing the metastasis of breast cancer.
