参苓白术散合逍遥散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined Xiaoyao Powder

目的:观察参苓白术散合逍遥散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:根据就诊时间随机分为治疗组40例,以参苓白术散合逍遥散配合马来酸曲美布汀分散片及双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗;对照组40例,以马来酸曲美布汀分散片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,观察患者症状变化。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,两组有效率及复发率比较,有显著差异(p <0. 05)。结论:参苓白术散合逍遥散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of intestinal irritable syndrome of diarrhea type. Methods: According to the visit time,patients were divided into treatment group( n = 40),which accepted the combined treatment of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Xiaoyao Powder,Trimebutine Maleate Dispersible Tablets and Bifid-triple Viable Capsule,and the controlled group( n = 40) which accepted the treatment of Trimebutine Maleate Dispersible Tablets and Bifid-triple Viable Capsule randomly. After a treatment period of 4 weeks,the symptom changes of the patients were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group. Significant differences were abserved in the effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Combined? Shenling Baizhu Powder and Xiaoyao Powder was effective in treating intestinal irritable syndrome of diarrhea type.
