身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation after Operation

目的:为了增加腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木患者的治疗效果并减少其痛苦,研究和探讨采取身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗的可行性。方法:按照随机数字表的方法从2015年8月~2016年8月在我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木患者中挑选80例作为研究对象并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组40例和对照组40例,对照组患者接受常规西医方案进行治疗,而试验组患者则在对照组治疗措施基础上加用身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方治疗,对比两组治疗方案疗效的异同。结果:研究数据表明,两组患者病情较前都有所缓解,但和对照组相比试验组患者治疗总有效率以及VAS (视觉模拟评分法)评分更占优势,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将身痛逐瘀汤加减拟方应用于腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木患者的治疗方案中,除了能够增加治疗效果外,还能够缓解患者的麻木程度,提高患者生活质量,效果显著,值得推广和借鉴。

Objective: In order to increase the therapeutic effect and reduce the pain of the patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation,to study and explore the feasibility of the treatment of Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction. Methods: According to the random number table method from August 2015 to August 2016 in the numbness patients with disc herniation after lumbar spine treated in our hospital in 80 cases were selected as the research object and the method of coin would be divided into 40 cases in test group and 40 cases in controlled group,the controlled group received conventional western medicine. While the experimental group received Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results: The data showed that the two groups of patients with remission than before,but compared with the controlled group of patients,the total efficiency of VAS( visual analogue scale) score of the experimental group was more dominant,with significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can be used to treat numbness patients after operation of lumbar disc herniation,in addition to increase the treatment effect,also can alleviate the degree of numbness of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,the effect is significant,worthy of promotion and reference.
