邵氏阳虚哮喘贴治疗36例支气管哮喘稳定期(肾阳虚证)临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma with Shao Yang deficiency asthma with Acupoint Application

目的:观察邵氏阳虚哮喘贴穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年4月在龙华医院接受治疗且符合纳入标准的72例支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法的方法分为穴位敷贴组、对照组各36例,两组均采用常规治疗,穴位敷贴组同时给予邵氏阳虚哮喘贴穴位敷贴治疗,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果:治疗后,穴位敷贴组咳嗽、喘息、胸闷、面色苍白、哮鸣音、咳痰、腰膝酸软积分低于对照组(P <0. 05),穴位敷贴组EOS、ECP、LTD4、NGF水平比较低于对照组(P <0. 05),穴位敷贴组Ig E水平比较低于对照组(P <0. 05);穴位敷贴组的临床控制率69. 44%、显效率22. 22%、有效率8. 33%,对照组的临床控制率52. 78%、显效率30. 55%、有效率13. 89%、无效率2. 78%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:邵氏阳虚哮喘贴穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘能够显著改善患者的肾阳虚证症候、改善患者的免疫指标、提高临床治疗效果。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma with acupoint application of Shaoyang deficiency asthma. Methods: From January 2015 to April 2017,72 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital and met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into acupoint application group and controlled group with 36 cases in each group,the two groups were treated by acupoint application group,while giving the Shaoyang asthma plaster acupoint application therapy,compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results: After treatment,cough,wheezing,chest tightness,pale,wheeze,cough,lumbar knee acid soft score of the acupoint application group were lower than the controlled group( P < 0. 05),the controlled group was lower than that of the acupoint application group on EOS,ECP,LTD4,NGF( P < 0. 05),Ig E level of the acupoint application group was lower than the controlled group( P < 0. 05). The clinical control rate of the acupoint application group was 69. 44%,markedly effective was 22. 22%,effective rate was 8. 33%,the clinical control rate of the controlled group was 52. 78%,30. 55%,the significant efficiency rate was 13. 89%,no efficiency was 2. 78%,the difference was statistically significant of the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Shaoyang deficiency asthma paste acupoint application can significantly improve the symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency patients and improve immune indexes of patients,improve the clinical treatment effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
