摘要
以复方五花颗粒的总黄酮提取率和干浸膏得率为评价指标,并按权重系数综合评分,采用单因素筛选实验,考察液料比、提取时间、提取次数对复方五花颗粒总黄酮提取率和干浸膏得率的影响,运用Box-Behnken响应面法优选提取工艺,得最佳提取工艺为:液料比为20:1,煎煮2次,每次煎煮0. 9 h.在中试规模下进行验证试验,验证试验结果与最佳试验结果基本一致,说明工艺可行、稳定,可为复方五花颗粒的前期提取提供参考.
Abstract:Taking the total flavonoid extraction rate and dry extract rate of compound Wuhua granule as evaluation indicators, and using the weight coefficient as a comprehensive score,the single factor screening experiment was used to investigate the effects of liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction time on the total flavonoid extraction rate and dry extract rate of compound Wuhua granule.Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize extraction process.The optimum extraction technology of compound Wuhua granule was as follows :The ratio of liquid to material was 20:1,the decoction was made twice in water 0.9 hour each time.The experimental results were basically consistent with the best test results.The optimized extraction process is feasible and stable,and can be used in the extraction of compound Wuhua granule.
