药物治疗对预防儿童睑板腺囊肿复发的临床观察

Clinical observation on the prevention of recurrence of Chalazion in children with drug therapy

目的观察药物治疗对预防儿童睑板腺囊肿复发的疗效。方法分析本院2015年10月至2017年10月期间诊断睑板腺囊肿67例(89只眼)患者的临床资料及治疗后随访情况。结果经手术切除后给予妥布霉素眼膏涂眼患者31例,术后复发8例,手术后给予妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏抗炎联合口服阿奇霉素的患者36例,仅1例复发。结论有效药物治疗和对患者的教育对预防儿童睑板腺囊肿复发起着重要作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of drug treatment on the prevention of the recurrence of Chalazion cyst in children.Methods Analysis of 67 patients (89 eyes)wih Chalazion were Analyzed in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.Results After surgical excision,31 cases were treated with Tobramycin eye ointment,8 cases relapsed.36 cases were treated with Tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment and oral azithromycin,Only 1case relapsed.Conclusion Effective drug therapy and education for patients play an important role in preventing the recurrence of Chalazion.
