壮医经筋推拿手法在视疲劳儿童近视预防中的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of zhuangyi jingjin massage in the prevention of myopia in children with visual fatigue

目的探讨壮医经筋推拿手法在视疲劳儿童近视预防中的干预作用;方法实验分为实验组及对照组,每组收集45例患者,实验组采用壮医经筋推拿手法按摩眼周及循行经络相关穴位,对照组则不采取任何治疗措施,比较两组患者2年后的近视预防有效率、裸眼视力、屈光度及眼轴;结果实验组患者2年后近视预防有效率、屈光度、眼轴明显低于对照组,且裸眼视力优于对照组。结论壮医经筋推拿手法可有效延缓视疲劳儿童近视发生的年龄,有助于降低同一年龄段近视的发病率,总体延缓近视度数的发展。

Objective to explore the intervention effect of zhuangyi jingjin massage in the prevention of myopia in children with visual fatigue.Methods the experiment was divided into experimental group and control group,each group to collect 45 patients,the experimental group is made of zhuang medicine after muscle massage massage eye week and line grid related points,the control group does not take any treatment,compared two groups of patients after 2 years of effective prevention of myopia,naked eye eyesight,diopter and eye axis.Results after 2 years,the effective prevention of myopia,refractive index arid eye axis of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the naked eye vision was better than that of the control group.Conclusion the treatment of myopia can effectively delay the age of myopia in children with visual fatigue,reduce the incidence of myopia in the same age group and delay the development of myopia in general.
