智齿冠周炎致重症颌面间隙蜂窝织炎1例的中西医结合治疗

Case report:Integrated therapy for several maxillofacial cellulitis secondary to opsigenes pericoronitis

冠周炎是指未全萌出或阻生的牙冠周围软组织发生的炎症,一般多见于18~25岁的青年,临床上以下颌智齿冠周炎最常见。蜂窝织炎指皮下、筋膜及肌肉间的结缔组织、脂肪、血管等的急性、弥漫性、化脓性炎症。本文报道下颌智齿冠周炎致重症颌面间隙蜂窝织炎一例的中西医结合治疗。

Pericoronitis refers to the soft tissue inflammation surrounding the un-eruption or partly- eruption teeth,which is commonly found in 18 to 25 years old young.Cellulitis refers to acute,diffuse and suppurative inflammation of the connective tissue,fat and blood vessels between the subcutaneous tissue, fascia and muscle.This paper reports a case of several maxillofacial cellulitis secondary to opsigenes pericoronitis.
