中风康复胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者内皮功能和血清蛋白酶分子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中风康复胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者内皮功能及血清蛋白酶分子的影响。方法:120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组用辛伐他汀治疗,观察组用中风康复胶囊治疗。治疗12周,比较两组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、血管内皮功能以及动脉粥样硬化相关血清黏附分子指标和蛋白酶分子指标。结果:干预后观察组动脉内膜-中层厚度、内径、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速和Crouse斑块积分较前明显改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组的内皮微粒和血管扩张反应较前明显改善,且改善程度均较优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组血清中E--选择素、单核细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1)、CD40含量较干预前明显降低,且降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组血清中组织蛋白酶K(Cat K)、基质金属蛋白酶1(MMPl)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的含量较干预前明显降低,且降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中风康复胶囊能够降低颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的血清黏附分子和蛋白酶分子的含量、改善内皮功能,抑制颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的发展。 Objective:To observe the effect of Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule on endothelial function and serum molecular parametersin patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Method:According to the random number method,120 patients with cerebral infarctionwere divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with simvastatin while theobservation group were treated with Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule. After 12 weeks of treatment,the carotid atherosclerotic plaque,vascularendothelial function and atherosclerosis-associated serum adhesion molecule index and protease molecular index were compared beforeand after intervention. Result:After intervention,arterial intima-media thickness,inner diameter,peak systolic flow velocity,enddiastolicflow velocity and crouse plaque score were significantly improved in the observation group and superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The vasodilatation response was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention,the serum E-selectin,ICAM-1 and vascular cells were observed in the observation group. The content of adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1(LFA-1)and CD40 were significantly lower than before and the reduction was better than that ofthe control group (P<0.05). The content of cathepsin K(Cat K),matrix metalloproteinase 1(MMP1),matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2) andmatrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) were significantly lower than before and the improvement was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhongfeng Kangfu Capsule could reduce the content of serum adhesion molecules and protease molecules,improve endothelialfunction and inhibit the development of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
