西药局部封闭配合中药熏蒸治疗梨状肌综合征42例

目的:观察西药局部封闭配合中药熏蒸治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效。方法:42例局部用曲安奈德注射液、利多卡因注射液、维生素B12注射液封闭,配合中药熏蒸治疗。结果:临床治愈15例,显效20例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。结论:西药局部封闭配合中药熏蒸治疗梨状肌综合征效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local blocking combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment ofpiriformis syndrome.Method:42 cases of piriformis syndrome were treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection, Lidocaine Injectionwith vitamin B12 by block fumigation.Result: 15 cases were cured, 20 cases markedly effective, 5 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.24%.Conclusion: Local blocking combined with herbal fumigation has good effect on piriformis syndrome.
