摘要
随着我国高速铁路大量投入运营,铁路客运的供不应求现象得到缓解,而在局部地区、局部时段还存在票源紧张和能力虚糜的现象。通过售票策略引导客流错峰填谷,从而充分利用列车运能,是售票组织工作的重要目标。为此,在综合考虑售票组织现状的基础上,通过分析旅客出行需求的时间弹性及购票行为特征,探讨铁路售票策略的影响因素,提出售票策略的需求弹性控制及其实施方法。研究表明,通过对旅客的需求时间弹性进行有序控制来增加交易量是可行的,而且具有现实意义。
With the large number of high-speed railways in operation,the shortage of railway passenger transportation has been relieved,but in some areas and parts of the time,there are still shortages of tickets and capacity.How to guide the passenger flow to fill to stagger peak and fill valley through the ticket sales strategy to make full use of the train transportation capacity is an important goal of the ticketing organization.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the current situation of ticketing organization,this paper analyzes the time elasticity of passenger travel demand and the characteristics of ticketing behavior,explores the influencing factors of railway ticketing strategy,and puts forward the demand elasticity control of ticketing strategy and its implementation method.The research shows that it is feasible and practical to increase the transaction volume by orderly controlling the time elasticity of passenger demands.
