摘要
为提升我国高速铁路大风监测系统的功能和监测水平,保障大风环境下高速铁路列车的行车安全,从监测系统设置、报警处置规则和流程等方面阐述高速铁路大风环境行车预警技术在国内的发展现状,分析国外高速铁路大风环境行车预警技术的应用现状及特点,设计高速铁路大风行车预警系统,结合高速铁路大风行车预警系统的功能需求,从源头数据准确性评估、报警阈值优化、报警信息处置规则优化、列车定位、车地无线通信、车载接收与回执、处置信息控车等方面研究关键技术方案,为我国现有的大风监测系统优化升级提供参考,为高速铁路大风环境行车预警系统的开发与应用提供基础。
To improve the function and monitoring level of high-speed railway gale monitoring system and ensure the safety of high-speed railway trains strong wind,this paper elaborates the development status of early warning technology for high-speed railway driving in gale environment in China from some aspects,such as the monitoring system setup,alarm disposal rules and procedures,etc.After analyzing the application status and characteristics of early warning technology for high-speed railway in strong wind abroad,this paper then designs an early warning system for the high-speed railway in gale environment.According to the functional requirements of high-speed railway early warning system in strong wind,the key technical proposal is studied from the aspects of accuracy evaluation of source data,optimization of alarm threshold,optimization of alarm information disposal rules,train positioning,vehicle-ground wireless communication,invehicle reception and receipt and train-control by disposition information and so on.All these studies provide a reference for the optimization and upgrading of the existing gale monitoring system in China,and they provide a basis for the development and application of early warning system of high-speed railway driving in strong wind.
