摘要
随着标准轨铁路在非洲等地区的推广,标准轨铁路引入既有米轨和窄轨铁路枢纽时,需要与既有铁路融合,共同构成既有分工又紧密联系的铁路枢纽。在阐述东非地区铁路网现状及规划的基础,分析东非地区标准轨铁路引入米轨铁路枢纽方案影响因素,以肯尼亚内罗毕铁路枢纽规划为例,分析铁路枢纽等级划分、标准轨铁路的功能定位、标准轨铁路与米轨铁路衔接方式等影响因素,以蒙内铁路标准轨铁路引入米轨铁路枢纽为例,分析内罗毕既有铁路米轨枢纽、标准轨铁路枢纽规划,为东非地区标准轨铁路规划和建设提供参考。
With the promotion of standard gauge railway in Africa and other regions,it is necessary to integrate with the existing railway to form a railway terminal with both division and close connection when standard gauge railway is introduced into the existing meter gauge or narrow gauge railway terminal.This paper expounds the current situation and planning basis of railway network in East Africa,and it analyses the influencing factors of introducing meter-gauge railway terminal into standard railway in East Africa.Taking the planning of Nairobi railway terminal in Kenya as an example,this paper analyses the influencing factors such as grading of railway terminals,functional positioning of standard gauge railway and connection mode between standard rail and meter rail,etc.,and then taking the introduction of standard rail railway into meter rail terminal in Mombasa-Nairobi Railway as an example,this paper analyses the planning of existing meter rail terminal and standard rail terminal in Nairobi,which can provide reference for the planning and construction of standard rail railway in East Africa.
