“一带一路”背景下民族自治地方对外贸易的法治保障研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

The Legal Protection of National Autonomous Areas Foreign Trade under the Background of “One Belt and One Road”:Take the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an Example

"一带一路"倡议是造福沿线各国的宏伟战略,对于发展我国边贸经济具有重要意义。地处"一带一路"倡议沿线的民族自治地方,由于独特的区位优势,对外贸易将会进入快速增长的通道,其良性运行依赖于法治的保障。论文通过对"一带一路"背景下法治运行的立法、执法、司法、守法四个维度进行分析,并通过探微民族自治地方对外贸易在"一带一路"背景下法治治理中存在的问题,就如何完善民族自治地方对外贸易法治治理提出了相关建议。

The “One Belt and One Road”is an ambitious strategy for the benefit of countries along the route,which is of great significance to the development of China's border trade economy. As national autonomous areas along the “One Belt and One Road”initiative, foreign trade will enter a fast-growing channel due to its unique geographical advantages, this benign operation depends on legal protection. Based on the“One Belt and One Road”background,this article analyzes the four dimensions of law enforcement: legislation, law enforcement, justice, and law enforcement, then discusses the national autonomous areas foreign trade problems existing in the rule of law. At last, the article proposes how to improve the rule of law in national autonomous areas foreign trade.
