Social governance in underdeveloped regions: mobile public service

在当前社会大发展背景下,对于社会治理中公共服务不均衡的问题,流动公共服务为少数民族欠发达地区公共服务的有效供给带来了曙光。在此从社会治理和流动公共服务的概念着手,分析流动公共服务产生的客观环境和内生动力,探析其对社会治理改革的价值,为服务型政府的打造提供思路。

In the context of the current social development, human science and technology are advancing rapidly. However, for the problem of uneven public services in social governance, especially for the effective supply of public services in less developed areas of ethnic minorities, mobile public services have brought the light to solve this problem. In this paper, the concept of flow from the social governance and public service, analysis of the flow of public services to the objective environment and endogenous power, discusses its reform of social governance and the value of a service-oriented government building, to build a service-oriented government.
