摘要
建立燃气机热泵试验系统,在制热工况下采用试验方法,计算分析冷凝器进水温度、燃气发动机转速、室外温度等因素对燃气机热泵性能参数(燃气机热泵总制热量、燃气发动机消耗的天然气热功率、燃气机热泵制热性能系数、燃气机热泵一次能源利用率,燃气机热泵总制热量包括冷凝器制热量与余热回收制热量)的影响。室外温度为17℃条件下,燃气发动机转速为1 400min^(-1)时,燃气机热泵总制热量、燃气发动机消耗的天然气热功率均随冷凝器进水温度(变化范围为30.6~54.5℃)的升高而增大,燃气机热泵制热性能系数、燃气机热泵一次能源利用率均随冷凝器进水温度的升高而减小。燃气发动机转速为1 600 min^(-1)时,4项性能参数随冷凝器进水温度的变化与燃气发动机转速为1 400 min^(-1)时基本一致。与燃气发动机转速为1 400 min^(-1)时相比,转速为1 600 min^(-1)时的燃气机热泵总制热量、天然气发动机消耗的天然气热功率均明显增大,燃气机热泵制热性能系数、燃气机热泵一次能源利用率均出现了下降。随着燃气发动机转速的增大,噪声也明显增大。燃气发动机转速为1 400 min^(-1)、冷凝器进水温度为45℃情况下,燃气发动机消耗的天然气热功率、燃气机热泵总制热量均随室外温度的升高而增大,前者的增大幅度小于后者。燃气机热泵制热性能系数、燃气机热泵一次能源利用率均随室外温度的升高而增大。
A test system of gas engine heat pump is established,and the influence of condenser inlet water temperature,gas engine speed,outdoor temperature and other factors on the performance parameters( total heating capacity of gas engine heat pump including heating capacity of condenser and heating capacity of waste heat recovery,natural gas heat power consumed by gas engine,heating performance coefficient of gas engine heat pump and primary energy utilization rate of gas engine heat pump) is calculated and analyzed by the test method under heating condition.When the outdoor temperature is 17 ℃,and the gas engine speed is 1 400 min-1,the total heating capacity of gas engine heat pump and the natural gas heat power consumed by gas engine increase with the increase of the condenser inlet water temperature( the change range is 30.6 ℃ to 54.5 ℃),while the heating performance coefficient of gas engine heat pump and the primary energy utilization rate of gas engine heat pump decrease with the increase of the condenser inlet water temperature.When the gas engine speed is 1 600 min-1,the variation of four performance parameters with the condenser inlet water temperature is basically the same as when the gas engine speed is 1 400 min-1.Compared with the gas engine speed of 1 400 min-1,the total heating capacity of gas engine heat pump and the natural gas heat power consumed by gas engine significantly increase at a speed of 1 600 min-1,and the heating performance coefficient of gas engine heat pump and primary energy utilization rate of gas engine heat pump decrease.With the increase of the gas engine speed,the noise also increases obviously.When the gas engine speed is 1 400 min-1,the condenser inlet water temperature is 45 ℃,the natural gas heat power consumed by gas engine and the total heating capacity of gas engine heat pump increase with the increase of outdoor temperature,the increase amplitude of the former is smaller than that of the latter.The heating performance coefficient of gas engine heat pump and the primary energy utilization rate of gas engine heat pump increase with the increase of outdoor temperature.
