摘要 研究无人机技术在输气管道巡检的应用。无人机载管道巡检系统包括空中检测模块、地面控制模块两部分,空中检测模块由激光甲烷遥测单元、高清相机、无人机及飞控单元、机载无线传输单元构成,地面控制模块由遥控器、检测结果数据显示处理单元、地面无线传输单元构成。介绍无人机载管道巡检系统的构成、功能和操作方法,应用该系统对地面上甲烷气袋样品中甲烷的体积分数进行测试。测试结果表明,无人机挂载激光甲烷遥测单元在50 m及以下高度,检测结果的相对误差的绝对值在10%以下,在90 m及以下高度,检测结果的相对误差的绝对值在23%以下。分析该系统在阀室检查、地上物占压检查、难点路段检查等方面的应用实例,提出应用计划。 The application of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) technology in the inspection of gas transmission pipeline is studied.The UAV airborne pipeline inspection system includes an aerial detection module and a ground control module.The aerial detection module consists of laser methane telemetry unit,high-definition camera,UAV and flight control unit and airborne wireless transmission unit,and the ground control module consists of remote controller,detection result data display processing unit and ground wireless transmission unit.The composition,function and operation method of the UAV airborne pipeline inspection system are introduced.The system is used to test the volume fraction of methane in the methane gas bag samples on the ground.The test results show that the absolute value of the relative error of the test results of the laser methane telemetry unit mounted in UAV is less than 10% at a height of 50 m and below and is less than 23% at a height of 90 m and below.The application examples of the system in the inspection of valve rooms,ground material encroachment and difficult road sections are analyzed,and the application plan is put forward.
