摘要
以赤石特大桥B横梁为例,介绍其工程特点、支架设计、支架受力计算及沉降控制。B横梁顶部连接主梁,为精确控制B横梁标高及横梁支架沉降,确保高空大型支架安全性,采取软件理论计算与局部预压相结合的工艺施工。同时,先后对D横梁支架、C横梁支架、B横梁支架、主梁0号块支架按照本工艺施工,从而确保大型钢支架控制精确、安全可靠的施工。
Taking the B beam of Chishi Bridge as an example,the engineering characteristics, bracket design,bearing force calculation and settlement control are introduced.The top of the B beam is connected to the main beam.In order to accurately control the elevation of the B beam and the settlement of the beam bracket to ensure the safety of the large-scale high-altitude support,the combination of software theory calculation and local pre-compression is adopted.At the same time, the D beam bracket,the C beam bracket,the B beam bracket and the main beam No.0 bracket are constructed according to the process,thereby ensuring accurate,safe and reliable construction of the large steel bracket.
