宽叶重楼的生药学研究

Study on Pharmacognosy of Paris polyphylla Smith var. latifolia Wang et Chang

目的:对重楼药材宽叶重楼进行系统的生药学研究。方法:采用传统分类鉴定、药材性状鉴别、显微鉴别和理化鉴别的方法对宽叶重楼进行鉴别研究。结果:宽叶重楼在植物形态上叶较宽,子房和果有粒状小瘤;在组织构造上的表皮细胞排列整齐,上表皮是长方形或方形,内皮层细胞明显,皮层与中柱比为2∶1;薄层鉴别可见重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ。结论:研究可为快速鉴定宽叶重楼植物提供参考,为扩大重楼属药用植物资源提供科学依据。

objective To engage in a systematic pharmacognostical study on herbs of Paris polyphylla Smith var.latifolia Wang et Chang.Methods The original plant morphology,character identification,microscopic identification and physicochemical identification methods to identify the Paris polyphylla Smith var.latifolia Wang et Chang.Result Paris polyphylla Smith var.latifolia Wang et Chang in plant morphology leaves are wider,ovary and fruit have granulocular small tumors ;The epidermal cells on the tissue structure are arranged in a neat order,the upper epidermis is rectangular or square,the endodermal cells are obvious,and the ratio between the cortex and the middle column is 2:1;Thin layer identification have the contents of parissaponin Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ.Conclusion The resuits show that this study can provide a reference for the rapid identification of the plants with Paris polyphylla Smith var.latifolia Wang et Chang and also provide a scientific basis for the expansion of the resources of the medicinal plants.
