李氏解结法治疗顽固性面瘫27例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 27 Cases of Refractory Facial Paralysis Treated by Li's Jie Jie Method

目的:观察李氏解结法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取55例顽固性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组28例和观察组27例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用李氏解结法。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:对照组愈显率46. 42%,总有效率85. 71%,观察组愈显率77. 78%,总有效率96. 30%。观察组的愈显率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两组治疗前的面神经功能评分比较无差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,两组面神经功能评分均较治疗前提高(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组面神经功能评分提高更显著(P <0. 05)。结论:李氏解结法治疗顽固性面瘫疗效较好,可有效改善患者的面神经功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Li^Jie Jie method in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.Methods 55 patients with intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group (28 cases)and observation group (27 cases). The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated by Li's Jie Jie method.The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the control group was 46.42%,the total effective rate was 85.71%,the effective rate of the observation group was 77.78%,and the total effective rate was 96.30%.The markedly effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P >0.05).There was no difference in facial nerve function score between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P <0.05);compared with the control group,the facial nerve function score of the observation group increased more significantly (P < 0.05).Conclusion Li's Jie Jie method is effective in treating refractory facial paralysis and can effectively improve facial nerve function in patients.
