Discussions on Academic Ethnics

学术研究是很严肃很受人尊重的事业。没有哪个国家不重视学术研究,我国也不例外。几十年,来我国学术界欣欣向荣,成果累累。学术研究要发展,需要有一个良好的环境和内在机制,特别是做学术研究的人要有良好的道德修养。本文不是全面论述学术道德问题,只是选择几个角度,根据作者的观察和亲身体验,陈述一些学术研究"交响乐"中的"不和谐音"。批评了一些学术研究中不道德的现象。希望社会各界重视学术道德建设,创造更好的学术生态,在规范中努力自律,净化学术空气,促进学术的健康和蓬勃发展。

Academic research is a serious and respectable task.There is no county who can ignore the academic research,China is with no exception.For decades,the circle of academic in our country has been prospering with lots of achievements.The growth of academic research requires a sound environment and internal mechanism,especially those involving in academic research should have good ethical culture.With no intention to have an overall discussion of the academic ethnics,this paper,selects only some perspectives according to the author’s observation and experience,discusses some non-harmonious phenomena among the symphony of academic research,criticizing some the immoral behaviors in academic research.It is hoped that all social circles pay more attention to academic ethics construction,creating better academic ecology,self-disciplining with norms,clearing the academic atmosphere and promoting a healthy and prosperous development of academy.
