高职高专辅导员网络思想政治教育能力培养分析

Analysis of Junior College Counsolers' Ability Improvement in Ideological and Political Education On-line

网络信息化时代,面对区别于普通高校的教育群体,高职高专辅导员网络思想政治教育能力急需提升。根据《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的要求,以"助人自助"作为高职高专辅导员思想政治教育的终极目标,高职高专辅导员应从提升网络思想政治教育意识、资源整合能力、网络舆情引导能力等方面,寻求适合高职高专辅导员网络思想政治教育工作的切实做法,全面提升自身网络思想政治教育水平。

In the Internet era,different from educational groups of ordinary colleges and universities,the counselors from junior colleges are expected to improve their ability in ideological and political education on-line. According to the new Standards of Professional Ability of College Counselors,the ultimate goal of the work is to“help students help themselves”. Therefore,counselors need to improve their own abilities in ideological and political education on-line,resource integration and students' opinion guidance on-line in order to find out the efficient way for the practice of junior college counselors and fully improve the ability in ideological and political education on-line.
