培养高校本科大学生创业意识研究——以南京高校为例

Research on Cultivating Undergraduates' Awareness of Entrepreneurship in Colleges and Universities——Taking Nanjing Universities as Examples

高等教育的普及使得高校毕业生数量与过去相比极大增加,随之而来的是高校毕业生就业压力与竞争力的增大。在各种因素综合作用下,大学生就业形势仍然严峻。为此,在采取多种措施促进毕业生就业的同时,应着重引导和鼓励学生以创业带动就业,对学生进行创业意识的培养。从高校创业素质教育的内涵出发,结合南京高校创业意识培养实践活动的调查,分析高校在培养学生创业就业意识的现状,提出相应的培养策略和建议。

The popularization of higher education has greatly increased the number of college graduates compared with the past,followed by an increase in the employment pressure and competitiveness of college graduates. Under the combined effect of various factors,the employment situation of college students is still grim. Therefore,while taking various measures to promote graduates’ employment,we should focus on guiding and encouraging students to use entrepreneurship to promote employment and cultivate students’ awareness of entrepreneurship. Starting from the connotation of entrepreneurship quality education in colleges and universities,and combining with the investigation of practical activities of entrepreneurship awareness cultivation in Nanjing colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of students’ entrepreneurship and employment awareness in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding cultivation strategies and suggestions.
