服务龙江特色旅游产业 高职生态旅游专业群建设的若干建议

Some Suggestions on Construction of Eco-tourism Specialty Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Longjiang Characteristic Tourism Industry

自2016年习近平总书记视察龙江森工林区以来,黑龙江省森林生态旅游等特色旅游产业发展迎来了难得的历史机遇。在此背景下,我省高职院校在生态旅游类人才培养上的责任义不容辞。在政府扶持、行业参与下,学校、企业双主体共同致力于专业群的建设和专业人才的培养。在人才培养模式改革,课程体系建设,招生、就业、实训环境建设,师资队伍建设等方面提出建议,为龙江特色旅游产业发展服务。

Since General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the Longjiang forest district in 2016,the development of tourism industries such as forest ecotourism in Heilongjiang province has welcomed the rare historical opportunities. Under this background,the vocational colleges in our province have the bounden responsibility in the training of specialized personnel in ecotourism. With the support of the government and the participation of the industry,the two main bodies of schools and enterprises are jointly committed to the construction of specialty group and the training of professional talents. The article puts forward suggestions on the reform of personnel training mode,curriculum system construction,enrollment,employment and training environment construction,and construction of teaching staff to serve the development of Longjiang tourism industry.
