网络环境下高职图书馆读者服务工作的研究

Research on Reader Service Work in Higher Vocational Libraries under Network Environment

随着互联网时代的发展,网络信息服务成为未来发展的主要趋势。在网络环境下,为了更好地推动高职图书馆的发展,就需要为读者提供更加周到的服务。从信息服务人性化、读者需求多元化、馆藏内容多样化、服务手段多样化四个方面来对网络环境下高职图书馆所开展的读者服务工作特点进行介绍,并探究提高读者服务工作效率和质量的对策,以期为高职院校学生营造一个舒适、方便的图书馆环境,更好地满足读者的需求。

With the development of the Internet era,network information service has become the main trend of future development.In the network environment,in order to promote the development of higher vocational libraries,it is necessary to provide more considerate services to readers. This article introduces the characteristics of the the vocational college library’s reader service from four aspects such as humanization of information service,diversification of reader demand,diversification of collection content,and diversification of service means under the network environment,and explores the countermeasures to improve the quality and efficiency of reader service work,in order to build a comfortable and convenient library environment for the higher vocational students,and better meet the needs of readers.
