Dance is an artistic activity which uses body movements and body gestures to express characters and things,to reflect life,and to convey people’s thoughts and feelings. It is one of the earliest artistic forms of human activities,is an important tool of human expression,is an intuitive,space-time,and dynamic art. In the preschool stage,dance education can let children have a deeper understanding of truth,goodness and beauty. It is not only helpful for children’s physical development,but also an indispensable education for children’s mental health development.
