The Predicament and Countermeasures of Vocational Colleges to Train New Type Professional Farmers of the Supply-side Reform

分析供给侧改革背景下肩负新型职业农民培训工作的职业院校所面临的困境,在此基础上提出以"五大发展理念"为引领优化职业院校服务新型职业农民培训的对策,具体包括:秉承创新理念,发力推动培训新动力;推进协调理念,着力增强培训系统性;落实绿色理念,助力细化培训精准度;注重开放理念,适时推进培训多样化;贯彻共享理念,大力增强培训参与度。

This paper mainly analyzes the current predicament faced by vocational colleges that are responsible for the training of new type professional farmers of the supply-side reform.On this basis,it proposes optimizing the vocational colleges with the "Five Development Ideas" as the guide.The measures for serving the new type professional farmers’ training include adhering to the innovative concept and promoting new motivation for training;promoting the coordination concept and strengthening the training system;implementing the green concept to help refine the accuracy of training;focusing on the open concept and promoting training in a timely manner;implementing the sharing concept and strengthening training participation vigorously.
